The following are the key policy provisions that guide all publications by the Writers Bureau Centre:
Open Access: All WBC Journals are Open Access, implying that there are no subscription fees. No charges for accessing the journal’s published articles. WBC provides open access to all of its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Research acceptability: The acceptance of a research / review article by respective WBC journals will depend upon the article’s contribution to global knowledge. WBC’s main commitment is not driven by academics merely showcasing their research prowess to each other. It is about contribution to knowledge and addressing real and not perceived issues.
Charges: The publication cost is covered by the author. All WBC’s Journals charge 200 US Dollars for foreign authors and US Dollars 100 for Authors from Africa and other developing economies . These charges meet article processing costs and and allow the Centre to make the valuable published materials freely accessible to the members of global community.
Peer review: Research contributions will be sought, and they will be reviewed and refereed by renowned scholars.
Copying: Authors submitting articles to any of WBC Journal do so with the understanding that with online electronic publishing, authors and publishers do not always have the means to prevent unauthorized copying or editing of copyrighted works.
Downloads: Article downloads from any WBC Journal are permitted for personal and educational use only. Commercial use requires explicit permission in writing from the Editor in Chief.
Copyright: An author submitting an article agrees to license respective WBC Journal right to publish the work if and when the manuscript is accepted. An article submitted for publication consideration must be original and not under any consideration for publication in another journal or in any other platform. If there are figures of tables that have been published elsewhere, the copyright-holder’s permission should be obtained prior to article submission. The articles published in any of WBC Journal are protected by copyright, which is retained by the authors.
Licensing: All works in WBC journals are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International license. You are free: to share – to copy, distribute and transmit the work and to remix, that is to adapt the work under the following conditions:
